As founder and CEO of Forward Dwellings, Steve brings over 30 years of experience from the engineering design and construction industry including senior manager roles and Managing Director of a successful project management consultancy.
His development journey began in his teens, inspired by his family's business in redeveloping large old houses into care homes for the elderly. This early experience ignited his passion for property development and laid the foundation for a distinguished career in building and construction.
A qualified Chartered Civil & Chartered Structural Engineer, Steve truly understands how buildings are designed and constructed. Further, as a qualified Project Manager in his own right, Steve also brings a deep understanding of the process and mechanics of navigating the journey from the first steps of finding a development opportunity, preparing the investment case, negotiating the purchase, managing the build and executing the sales to the highest standards of quality and safety.
